Role Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in Property & Casualty insurance to support daily customer service operations. This role will be responsible for handling policy-related requests, providing assistance to insured clients, and ensuring accurate processing of insurance transactions while delivering excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily customer service support for insurance clients.
  • Process policy endorsements, changes, and updates.
  • Assist with insurance payments and billing-related inquiries.
  • Issue certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Handle policy modifications in accordance with carrier guidelines.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and/or internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused service.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Property & Casualty insurance customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, endorsements, and policy servicing.
  • Insurance training certificate and/or active insurance license (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level (spoken and written).

To perform this role effectively, you must have:

  • A quiet home office space to work optimally.
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
  • A laptop/desktop with updated software.
  • A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
